About These Lessons

Ages: 16 years +

Frequency: 1x or 2x per week • 30 minutes each

Adult swim lessons (16 years+) help adults overcome their fear of the water and become comfortable putting their face in the water.  More advanced swimmers will learn proper stroke techniques and breathing techniques enabling them to swim longer distances.  Swimmers will build cardiovascular endurance and can even prepare for swim competitions such as triathlons.
