Swim-float-survive

For Children 1+ Year Old

Children 1 year or older who are walking are taught the swim-float-survive sequence – swimming in a face down position, using his/her arms and legs and rolling onto their back to a float to obtain air whenever needed. It typically takes 6 weeks to learn this critical lifesaving skill. However, children with experience can complete lessons in a shorter period of time.

Swim-Float-Survive Infant/Toddler

Age Group: 1-3 Years
Lesson Type: Private
Lessons/Week: 4 (10 minutes each)
Lesson Period: 6 Weeks | 24 private lessons

This program focuses on introducing children to water with short repetitive lessons, building trust with the instructor and slowly teaching them to reactively roll onto their back and float, flip back on to their stomachs and swim to exit the water. By breaking down such a big task into small pieces, retention is higher, and it has proven to be a very successful method ensuring your child learns to swim~float~swim in just a few weeks. While each child learns at an individual pace, most finish in about 6 weeks.
