Swimfinity Inclement Weather Policy
As the cold weather is approaching, we would like to send a reminder about Swimfinity’s Inclement Weather Policy. We will send an email if it is necessary to close due to road conditions. In addition, a make-up token will be placed on your account. You should expect to receive a notification when receiving a make-up token.
Unfortunately, emails are sometimes sent to spam. We recommend you check your spam folders. We will make every effort possible to make sure everyone receives a notification when we close. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Below is our policy with respect to the closing of the Facility:
- A) When the Ridgefield Public Schools and North Salem Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, Swimfinity Swimming Academy will most likely be CLOSED, but we will always evaluate the scenario and inform all parents.
- B) If the Ridgefield or North Salem Public Schools have an emergency early dismissal due to inclement weather, the facility will be CLOSED.
- C) When Ridgefield or North Salem Public Schools cancel after-school and evening activities, the facility will usually be OPEN for swim lessons, but we will update you.
